The answer to this legendary question has already been.

We know that our body ages as cells divide, the problem is that with each division, fragments of  telomeres are lost, these are the ends of the chromosomes. A common analogy is that they are like the plastic covers on the ends of shoe laces, which when worn out the lace begins to fray.

The same thing happens with our cells.
